Medical aesthetic equipment manufacturer
Client background
This manufacturer builds medical aesthetic devices: laser hair removal systems, cryolipolysis and slimming machines, cavitation units, IPL and hydrafacial equipment. Its buyers are clinics, distributors and beauty equipment resellers, not consumers.
The country table shows where demand sits: the United States leads with 378 clicks and 172K impressions, followed by India (84 clicks), the UK (78), the Philippines (70), Singapore (61), Canada (58), Germany (49) and Australia (45). That mix tells a sourcing story: English-speaking and European buyers comparing device types and suppliers before they make contact.
Starting point and challenges
The pack suggests a site that had started to earn impressions but not yet clicks. Impressions roughly tripled from a first-quarter average of about 0.4K per day to about 1.1K per day, and clicks rose about 50%, yet the 12-month totals are still small: 1.64K clicks against 352K impressions, a 0.5% CTR and average position 15.3.
Part of that traffic is brand-led: the contact page alone took 252 clicks at a 14.4% CTR. Non-brand visibility is thinner. High-volume informational queries such as aqua facial (3.1K impressions, position 21.4) and painless laser hair removal (2.8K impressions, position 35.2) pull impressions but sit too deep to earn clicks, and mobile (1,045 clicks, position 9.8) and desktop (576 clicks, position 18.6) behave very differently.
What RAGSEO did
RAGSEO worked from the standard method, with every content theme tied to pages already visible in the pack:
- Keyword and topic research around device categories and buying questions, covering terms such as slimming machine, DPL hair removal, vacuum cavitation and 808nm diode laser.
- A website audit and on-page fixes: titles, meta tags, internal links, image ALT text, site architecture and speed, with LCP targeted at or under 2.5 seconds.
- A RAG knowledge base built from the client's own product materials and cases, so drafts reflect real specifications rather than generic copy.
- AI-assisted drafts reviewed by professional editors, then published after client approval, including treatment explainers such as RF-LED treatments for eye bags, blackhead remover vacuum steps, IPL vs DPL vs SHR and mechanical roller massage benefits.
- Off-page backlinks and monthly Search Console reporting with strategy adjustment.

The export covers the 12 months to 2026-09-08. Impressions roughly tripled and clicks rose about 50%, from a small base.
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Clicks | 1.64K |
| Impressions | 352K |
| Average CTR | 0.5% |
| Average position | 15.3 |
Top markets by clicks: United States 378 clicks (172K impressions, position 17.0), India 84, UK 78, Philippines 70 (position 8.9), Singapore 61, Canada 58, Germany 49 and Australia 45. The contact page converted well at 252 clicks and a 14.4% CTR, and the synergy hydrafacial product page took 125 clicks at a 6.5% CTR, while informational pages such as the RF-LED eye bag article (120 clicks, position 6.8) and the 808nm diode laser page (76 clicks, position 11.7) carried most of the non-brand demand.
What the data says and what comes next
Read honestly, this is a visibility gain, not yet a traffic win. A 0.5% CTR at average position 15.3 means most listings sit on page two, where few buyers click. The strongest commercial signals are narrow: the contact page and one product page convert, while queries like aqua facial and painless laser hair removal generate impressions at positions 21.4 and 35.2 without earning clicks. Mobile ranks far better than desktop (9.8 versus 18.6), so desktop titles and snippets are the weaker half of the site.
The next step in RAGSEO terms is to push the mid-page commercial queries, slimming machine, DPL hair removal, vacuum cavitation and 808nm diode laser, toward page one with tighter on-page optimization and supporting content, then rewrite titles and meta descriptions for the high-impression, low-CTR pages and close the desktop gap. Monthly Search Console reporting will show whether those moves convert the impression growth into clicks.
