Client background

This manufacturer supplies life science laboratories with biochemical reagents, ELISA kits, and custom antibodies and peptides. Its buyers are university research groups and pharmaceutical labs that order in small volumes but return often, and they search in their own languages. The first-page keywords show Spanish queries such as tipos de elisa and tipos de anticuerpos monoclonales, plus a Russian query for the MAPK signaling pathway, alongside English protocol and validation terms.

The company came to RAGSEO with a brand-new site and no organic history, so every click had to be earned from a standing start.

Starting point

In the first quarter of the tracked period, the site averaged 7 clicks per week and 106 impressions per week. There was no keyword footprint, no indexed content depth, and no internal linking between product and application topics. The technical base was thin: no Schema, no clear title and meta patterns, and no pages built for the specific queries researchers actually type. Semrush recorded 0 organic keywords in July 2024 and still 0 in August 2025, which matches a site that had not yet been optimized for search at all.

What RAGSEO did

RAGSEO ran the standard SEO method against the topics the data pack shows: assay protocols, antibody types, ELISA formats, and pathway biology.

  • Keyword and topic research across English, Spanish and Russian, covering cell growth curve protocol, tipos de elisa, elisa directo and mapk сигнальный путь.
  • A website audit and on-page fixes: title and meta tags, internal links between reagent categories and protocol pages, image ALT text, site architecture and speed work toward LCP at or under 2.5 seconds.
  • A RAG knowledge base built from the client's own product data, assay documents and technical materials, so drafts stayed accurate on reagent specifications.
  • AI-assisted drafts reviewed by professional editors, covering ELISA kit ranges, monoclonal antibody types, and validation topics such as HPLC LOD and LOQ.
  • Off-page backlinks and monthly Search Console reporting with strategy adjustment.

Results in Google Search Console

Over 48 weeks ending 2026-08-17, the site went from zero to a steady stream of clicks and impressions.

The last four weeks averaged 282 clicks per week, and the peak week was 346 clicks at week 48 of 48, so the trend was still rising when the period closed. First-page keywords now include cell growth curve protocol at average position 4.0, cell growth curve at 8.7, tipos de anticuerpos monoclonales at 6.3, tipos de elisa at 8.8, elisa directo at 9.5 and mapk сигнальный путь at 9.2. The wins cluster around protocol and antibody-type queries, which is where the content themes were aimed.

Third-party view: Semrush and AI search

Semrush (US database, organic) shows the footprint building from nothing: 0 organic keywords in July 2024, 0 in August 2025, then 176 in August 2026, with estimated monthly organic traffic moving from 0 to 0 to 15. The keyword distribution is still early: 0 keywords in the top 3, 10 in positions 4 to 10, and 18 in positions 11 to 20. Top non-brand terms include types of monoclonal antibodies at position 9, cell growth curve at position 5, dna reagents at position 7 and oxidative damage stress at position 33.

In generative AI search over the last 3 months, Google AI features logged 35,023 AI search impressions. The most-cited content was HPLC LOD and LOQ Validation: Compliant Results with 5,651 citations, 4 Types of Monoclonal Antibodies with 2,110 citations, and ELISA Kit Product Range with 1,114 citations.

What the data says and what comes next

The honest reading is that this is a young site with real traction but shallow coverage. Clicks grew x34.8 and impressions x195.1, yet Semrush still shows 0 keywords in the top 3 and estimated monthly organic traffic of 15. Average positions sit in the 4 to 10 range on the terms that do rank, which means the pages are visible but not yet winning the click consistently. The Spanish and Russian queries confirm demand outside English, and the AI citation counts show the validation and antibody-type articles are being pulled into generated answers.

The next step is to push the mid-page positions into the top 3: deepen the protocol and ELISA comparison pages, add internal links from the most-cited articles to product pages, and expand the Spanish and Russian content where the site already ranks. Monthly Search Console reporting will track whether those positions move.
