Client background

This manufacturer makes alloy wheels for passenger cars, 4x4 trucks, trailers and aftermarket applications, with casting, replica, forged and steel wheel lines. It sells to importers, distributors, tire shops and vehicle upfitters who compare suppliers on fitment coverage, finish options and price before they email anyone. The site has to carry that whole product range and make a serious buyer believe the factory can deliver. That is the job the custom design site was built to do.

Brief and design direction

The homepage leads with a direct promise to vehicle owners and trade buyers: premium alloy wheels and rims, crafted for performance. The hero carries the company name as the H1, then a manufacturer positioning line, then the product range. The structure is product-first, not story-first: the wheel families sit high on the page so a buyer sees the catalog before reading about the company.

The tone stays plain and industrial. Navigation splits the range the way the trade thinks about it: casting alloy wheel, aftermarket replica, 4x4 truck trailer, forged wheel in 1-piece, 2-piece and 3-piece construction, steel wheel, OEM. A short newsletter block and an About Us section close the page, so the homepage works as a catalog index and a first credibility check in one screen flow.

What RAGSEO built

RAGSEO built this as a marketing-driven WordPress site under the standard website method, launched within 35 working days.

  • A homepage mockup was approved first, then the full site was built responsive to W3C standards and SEO best practices.
  • Product entries for the wheel catalog were uploaded and tested, covering the VT-119 to VT-128 families alongside the casting, replica, forged and steel wheel lines.
  • Contact and inquiry paths were placed on the homepage and product pages, with a working contact form for quote requests.
  • SEO settings were configured in the build, and the site was tested across desktop and mobile devices.
  • SSL installation and domain setup were handled, followed by backend training and secure credential handover.
  • The code is open-source and independent: the client owns it and can manage the site without RAGSEO after the partnership ends.

Structure and conversion paths

The page is organized so a buyer can move from range to model to inquiry without leaving the catalog.

  • The H2 block runs from the manufacturer positioning line through Our Products and then one H2 per wheel family, VT-128 down to VT-119, so each model gets a named entry point.
  • The top navigation splits the range by construction and vehicle type: casting, aftermarket replica, 4x4 truck trailer, forged 1-piece, 2-piece and 3-piece, steel wheel and OEM.
  • Product links such as 1-piece, 2-piece, 3-piece and vt-119 through vt-123 let a buyer jump straight to a family instead of scrolling the whole page.
  • About Us and the newsletter block sit at the end of the page, catching buyers who want company proof before they send an inquiry.
  • The contact form gives every one of those paths a single place to convert.

Search footprint and next step

Semrush shows 50 organic keywords for this domain in the US database and estimated monthly organic traffic near zero. The site is built and indexed, but it is not yet pulling search demand. That is normal for a new custom build with a catalog and no content program behind it.

The next step is the SEO content program: keyword and topic research around wheel fitment, construction types and vehicle applications, then RAG-assisted articles reviewed by editors, on-page optimization and monthly Search Console reporting. The structure is in place; the content has to fill it.
